The spacious villa boasts 330 square meters of living space. The cozy living room is furnished with comfortable furniture in a rustic style. French doors provide access to the partially covered terrace on the 1st floor, allowing you to make the most of the expansive views over the vineyards and the Provençal hills. A staircase in the living room leads to a mezzanine where an additional TV corner has been set up. The villa offers multiple TV sets, with TV Vlaanderen channels available.

We particularly appreciate the second living area on the ground floor by the pool. Here, you'll find a lounge set and a dining table, and there's also an option to watch TV. You will most likely make use of these living facilities by the pool rather than upstairs on the 1st floor.

You can use kitchen facilities in two places. On the 1st floor, there's a traditional, fully-equipped kitchen with all the comforts you need. On the ground floor, there's an outdoor kitchen setup with a plancha, BBQ, and a large refrigerator."

When you spend your holidays in Southern France, outdoor amenities are important. A private pool, plenty of sun loungers, an outdoor shower, a summer kitchen, and a comfortable lounge set - including a TV - by the pool are all essential. This villa offers it all.

The pool measures 6 x 3 meters and has a depth ranging from 50 to 180 cm. There are plenty of comfy sun loungers and umbrellas available, along with an outdoor shower.

The panoramic view over the vineyards towards the Provençal hills is truly captivating: this is picture-perfect Provence!

There is ample space for multiple cars to park on the property.

Vidauban is a larger town and perfect for your major grocery shopping needs. For a more authentic Provençal experience, we recommend visiting the picturesque village of Lorgues, just a short 15-minute drive from the villa. Here, you can explore the famous weekly market and enjoy various excellent restaurants. Our favourite is Grillon on the main street.

Lorgues is also a great starting point for discovering the Provence region. On Tuesdays, you can experience the largest Provençal weekly market in the area. Another recommendation is to savor truffles at the renowned truffle restaurant Bruno.

Exciting day trips include visits to the Gorges de Verdon and the beautiful Lac de St. Croix. The immediate surroundings offer opportunities for hiking, biking and mountain biking. You can go white-water canoeing on the Argens River, and there are also lovely spots for picnicking. The coastal towns of Sainte Maxime, St. Raphaël, and Fréjus are all within a 45-minute drive from the villa.
