In the heart of the VAR department, between Flayosc and Draguignan, this mill is still in operation. They specialize in the production and sale of (extra-quartz) olive oil. The mill has been served since 1936, from father to son, by the Rovera family. The current owner is France's oldest miller. To visit this mill, make an appointment.
