Le Cap Mail

    Eten & Drinken

For years our favourite because of its beautiful location at the beach, in the middle of Les Issambres, and the good value for money of the food. Nice rocky beach for children to play and sun loungers for rent. In high season, the restaurant is also open for dinner on Fridays and Saturdays. On those evenings there is often live music, usually jazz or carribean. Owner Eric and his wife Annie are very welcoming. Reservation is recommended!

    RIVA Plage

    Eten & Drinken

Relatively new restaurant at a top location on the beach of Les Issambres. Order a Mojito and enjoy the view over the bay of Saint Tropez. Great place for a simple lunch or dinner at an affordable price. Children can play on the sandy beach in front of the restaurant. Contrary comments about staff service. Our own experience with the owners, brothers Jerome and Nick, is positive. Recommended to make a reservation!

    Les Alizés

    Eten & Drinken

The best pizzas in town! Also to pick up (after 19h). But you can also sit in this indoor family restaurant with great views over the marina of Les Issambres. The pizzas are excellent, but there is a good choice of other dishes as well as a set menu. Owner Alain is friendly and the service usually good, although it can be very busy here in the high season. Try to book a table by the window!

    Bistro Hôtel Le Provençal

    Eten & Drinken

This bar belongs to Hôtel le Provençal and is located in the middle of the boulevard. In the bar on the street side you can enjoy the beautiful view of the sea with a cup of coffee and croissant in the morning. The bar is also open for lunch and dinner, if you want something simple to eat outside on a terrace. The Plat du Jour is a safe option, as it is usually fine.

    Les Mûriers

    Eten & Drinken

An understanding in Les Issambres, managed by a local family. The restaurant belongs to the Hôtel le Provençal and is located right on the boulevard. For years consistent price / quality of food. Staff not always friendly tho. Choose one of the menus and eat outside in a romantic atmosphere, walled patio with beautiful planets. For a simple meal, head to the bar of Hotel Le Provencal. Reservation is recommended!

    L'Ardoise

    Eten & Drinken

A few years ago, the owners of the nearby restaurant Cap Mail, Eric and Annie, transformed the former Creperie 'Marine' into a beautiful Brasserie within walking distance of the beach. We have not eaten there ourselves, but have been loyal customers at Cap Mail for years. So worth a try!

    La Réserve Gayrard

    Eten & Drinken

This beautifully located restaurant is located by the sea, just outside the center of Les Issambres, in the direction of Saint Aygulf. We have never eaten here because we arrived with our children and there was nothing on the menu for them. We hear mixed reactions from customers. Some find this restaurant the best of Les Issambres, others find the food not so good and overpriced. The location is beautiful at all times. Often busy, but there is a private parking. Make a reservation!

    Le Cercle

    Eten & Drinken

Le Cercle is known as the best fish restaurant in the area. Oysters, fried calamari and every day a catch of the day. The dishes are creatively put together and a picture to behold! Highly recommended for fish lovers. The decor is a bit boho and you can enjoy a view of the sea while eating. Feel free to hang out on the beach after your lunch, because it is possible to rent beach equipment here. For 19 euros per day you get a sun lounger, parasol and a mattress. Soak up the sun on the beautiful beach and order a cocktail to go with it!

    L'Arpillon

    Eten & Drinken

L'Arpillon is located next to the Casino supermarket in San Piere, on the beach in the center of Les Issambres. It's a bar that serves simple but good food, such as a Niçoise salad. Nice place for drinks or small snacks during or after a day on the beach. Access from the beach via stairs. The other entrance is via the promenade, where the real bar is - beloved by locals from the village.

    La Tarte Tropézienne Les Issambres

    Boodschappen

Tarte tropézienne is a household name in the South of France. Admittedly, the terrace, located at the parking lot, of this establishment is not really picturesque. But everyone comes here for bread, so it's good people watching and a quick coffee with a piece of Tarte Tropezienne is always nice! Especially the croissants and the Tropezienne baguette are recommended. Open on weekdays from 6.30am - 7.30pm and on weekends from 10.30am - 7.30pm.

    L'Émeraude: Delicious ice cream

    Eten & Drinken

Nice restaurant with a variety of dishes. Convenient to quickly eat a sandwich, wrap or burger. But we especially recommend getting an ice cream here. Takeaway is also possible!!

    Private chef at home

    Eten & Drinken

The well-known (TV) chef Caspar Burgi works and lives in Sainte Maxime. Caspar is a private chef and that means that - in addition to catering - he really enjoys cooking at your villa. An evening with Caspar is therefore more than just a fantastic dinner. Caspar really makes it an experience. If you book Caspar stating VillaSud, you will receive a free bottle of champagne to start the evening with.

    La Brasserie des Issambres

    Eten & Drinken

There are mixed reviews about this restaurant on Google. However, we had a good meal here. Nice staff and cozy decor. But the portions were a bit much. One of the few restaurants in Les Issambres and surroundings that is also open in low season.
