If you want to drive by car, drive through the center of Ramatuelle, take Rue de la Mairie and follow direction Gasssin. This road takes you to an open area where the only restored mill is located.     On the 140-meter high Paillas-Hill, in the middle of the Saint-Tropez peninsula, lies the picturesque town of Ramatuelle. Stroll through the narrow streets and enjoy the colourful houses. Ramatuelle is famous for its beautiful beach Pampelonne. This fine sandy beach is about five km long, the sea water is crystal clear and you will find many creeks and covesm as well. Pampelonne beach extends from Cap Pinet to the Cap Camarat. There are many beach clubs, including the mundane Tahiti Plage, Nikki Beach and Club 55. Although the Pampelonne Beach is often mentioned in one breath with Saint-Tropez it is actually on the territory of Ramatuelle. In addition to the many private beaches you will also find public beaches. On Pampellone Beach there is a beach club that is open all year round: la Plage des Jumeaux.

    By boat to Saint Tropez!

    Saint-Tropez is an absolute must during a holiday at the Côte d'Azur. You can go by car, but in high season we advise you to go by boat. You can park your car at the port Port Grimaud in Sainte-Maxime and from there you take the ferry to Saint-Tropez. This 'bateau vert' goes a few times per hour and your not affected with file, parking problems and stress. Also, sailing along the Bay of Saint Tropez on a hot summer day is a fun activity and refreshing!

    This museum, opened in 2016, is dedicated to the French Gendarmerie and the film industry of Saint-Tropez. The building housed the local gendarmerie until 2003. The interactive museum features various rooms about the city's film industry and gendarmerie.
