The living has been decorated in a contemporary style. It boasts a comfortable corner sofa, a TV and a fireplace. In the living there is also a dining table suitable for 6 guests. 

The modern and spacious kitchen offers a (breakfast) bar and is equipped with an oven, microwave, large fridge with freezer, a dishwasher and a Nespresso coffee machine. From the kitchen french doors open onto the covered terrace. There is Wifi available in the villa.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All bedrooms are located on the ground floor and are airconditioned.

Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, is spacious and equipped with a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). 

Bedroom 2 has a double bed (160x200) as does bedroom number 3. The bed in bedroom 3 is more suited for  1 adult or 2 children given its size (140x200). The bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom (shower and toilet).

We love the way the inside of the house just flows into the outside area. Large terrace doors give access to the (partly) covered terrace. As soon as you step outside you have a view of the hills off St. Paul de Venice, Tourette’s sur Loup and Les Courmettes

There is an outside dining table suited for 6. A lovely place to sit in the shade and enjoy breakfast, lunch or dinner. There is also a summer kitchen offerig a stove (1 gas burner), a plancha, a coal BBQ and a refrigerator for a refreshing drink.

The covered terrace is actually an electrically operated pergola. Electric means you can open the "roof" at will. Sun or shade the choice is yours. We also love the colourfull lounge corner next to the terrace. It makes an very nice place to relax, lounge and enjoy the view. A large parasol provides additional shade.

The private pool is located in the middle of the garden and measures 10x5 m. Around the pool, on the sun terrace, there are several sunbeds, loungers and parasols.

At this villa the pool water is kept clear and clean via a so-called electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. The water feels softer compared to a chlorine pool and is brighter in color. It is 100% safe for your skin and swimwear. For more information, see our blog about saltwater pools.

There is ample parking on site. The villa is about 15 minutes walk from the supermarket for your daily shopping.

The village of La Colle sur Loup is just a lovely little town full with oak, olive trees and pine trees. A visit to the historic center with its lively shopping streets, old narrow streets, squares and fountains is definitely worth a visit! La Colle sur Loup is known for, among other things, its good restaurants.

At about 10 minutes drive you will find the seaside resort of Cagnes Sur Mer with its beautiful beaches. Nice airport is about 15 minutes drive from the villa.

A must see would be Monaco, about 35 minutes drive. Monaco does not need any further introduction. Stroll through the streets of Monaco-ville or relax on the terrace in Monte Carlo while enjoying a good glass of rose. This makes the holiday picture complete!
