You enter the villa at the top floor. Here are 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. Via a staircase you descend to the living room and the luxury kitchen which is also the level of the terrace and pool.

The living room is decorated in a uniform style, fresh and light in color. The living room has a comfortable sofa with a focus on media wall and fireplace. The media wall is located behind the sliding panels above the fireplace. The villa is fully air-conditioned.

Adjacent to the living room you will find the luxury kitchen with dining table for 8 people. Large sliding doors provide access to the terrace from both the living room and the kitchen. The modern open kitchen is fully equipped and includes a dishwasher, oven, fridge with separate freezer, microwave, hob, Nespresso coffee maker and a kettle.

Both from the living room and from the open kitchen you have a very nice view over the pool towards the Gulf of St Tropez.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 3 luxurious modern bathrooms (2 en-suite and 1 on the corridor). Three bedrooms are on the level of the entrance, the top floor. Bedroom 1 is the master bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, bath and W.C).

Bedroom 2 is also equipped with a double bed (160x200). From this bedroom you have a breathtaking view over the Mediterranean Sea and the Gulf of Saint Tropez. Bedroom 3 has a bunk bed (2x80x200). This bedroom is therefore ideal for children who want to sleep together in one room. Bedrooms 2 and 3 share a bathroom (shower and W.C.)

Bedroom 4 is located on the ground floor next to the living room. It is a bedroom with a double bed (160x200) and with en-suite bathroom (shower and W.C.). On the ground floor is an extra separate toilet present. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

This accommodation does not offer disabled facilities and is not suitable for wheelchairs.

The villa offers a good sun position, you can enjoy the sun all day long. We are very impressed by the choice of outdoor furniture. This is luxurious and comfortable. On the spacious terrace is a decent dining table with 8 seats. This in combination with the large gas BBQ we think it is a great spot to enjoy lunch and dinner at the villa.

The swimming pool, a so-called infinity pool, measures 8 x 4 m and is heated. The pool can be covered with an automatic hard cover. The pool water is based on salt electrolysis and contains no chlorine. This means that the water feels slightly salty. For your comfort, there are several luxurious sunloungers and two parasols on the sun terrace around the pool. Very nice is the view from the terrace and pool towards the Bay of St Tropez. In addition to sunloungers at the pool, a beautiful luxurious lounge corner has been created where you can enjoy the view with a glass of rosé in your hand. The parasol provides sufficient shade.

There is parking space on site for two cars.

Les Issambres / San Peire and Sainte Maxime are known for their beautiful sandy beaches. If you drive down by car, in less than 10 minutes you are on the beach. This villa is located on a hill in Les Issambres.

From the airport in Nice and from Cannes you are normally at the villa in an hour by car, on the road to San Peire. Within 15 to 20 minutes you are in Sainte Maxime by car. Saint Tropez is a short hour away. Saint Tropez is easily accessible in July and August (20 minutes) by shuttle boat (Bateaux verts) every hour from the harbor in Les Issambres, from the harbor in Sainte Maxime every 20 min.
