After you have parked the car on your own property you walk towards the spacious villa. You arrive in the modern furnished living room. From here you can immediately see the beautiful view to the covered outdoor terrace. The living area is 250 m2.

The living is beautifully decorated; there is a comfortable seating area and a modern dining table with 6 seats. There is an LCD TV available, with only French TV channels. DVD player is present. Very pretty is the almost seamless transition to the covered terrace. The living is air-conditioned.

At the left side of the entrance you find the modern kitchen. The kitchen is luxurious and very complete, including an American fridge with ice cubes, combi-oven and an espresso machine. Very nice is the high bar with 4 bar chairs. There is also air conditioning in the kitchen. The kitchen provides access to the covered terrace with an outdoor dining table and chairs.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 luxurious bathrooms. Two of the bedrooms are located on the level of the living and there are two bedrooms on the first floor.

Bedroom 1, on the 1st floor, is a spacious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom (walk-in shower, bath and double sinks and W.C.). The bed is double (180x200). Also with private balcony that looks over the pool and golf course. Bedroom 2, also on the 1st floor, has a double bed (160x200). The bathroom is not en-suite but private for this bedroom. The bathroom has a bath, shower, sink and W.C.

Bedrooms 3 and 4 are located on the ground floor, level living. Bedroom 3 and 4 both have a luxury double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and W.C.) All bedrooms are air-conditioned and offer a high-quality bed and luxury linen. 

The villa is located directly at the golf course of Sainte Maxime. You enter the fully fenced area through an electric gate. 

The villa has a good sun position where you can enjoy the sun all day long. We are very charmed by the 2 spacious, largely covered terraces on the level of the living and kitchen. There is a beautiful design outdoor furniture; on terrace 1 is a modern dining table with 6 seats and on terrace 2 there is a luxurious lounge set.

The pool, located on a lower level, has a size of 12 x 5 m and has a depth of 2.5 m. For your comfort there are beautiful sun loungers, parasols and an outdoor shower. 

At this villa the pool water is kept clear and clean via a so-called electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. There is ample parking on site. Nice to know is that you can make use the 3 communal tennis courts on the Domaine, 1 of which is located at 50m from the villa. For those who love to play tennis, you can easily hit a ball here!

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is just a few minutes away by car. Here are several good beach clubs where, during the high season, in addition to the lunch you can enjoy a nice diner in the evening.

The lively village of Sainte Maxime with its wide sandy beaches, bustling streets, all kinds of shops and a variety of restaurants is only 5 minutes away by car. Very nice is a trip from the port of Sainte Maxime by ferry to the fashionable Saint Tropez.
