The villa has a modern living with air conditioning. There is a comfortable leather seating area and a large dining table. From the living you enter the terrace and the swimming pool through sliding doors that completely disappear into the wall. The open kitchen, in the extension of the living, is modern and has all amenities such as 4 cooking plates, microwave, oven/grill, dishwasher, kettle, Nespresso coffee machine and an American fridge. In addition, you can use a washing machine and dryer. Satellite TV and wireless internet (WiFi) is available.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and all bedrooms have double beds (180x200).

On the ground floor there are a total of 4 bedrooms. Bedrooms 1 and 2 share a luxurious modern bathroom with a spacious shower, sink and a toilet. Bedrooms 3 and 4 have access to the terrace and the pool through French doors. Both bedrooms have their own en-suite bathroom (shower and sink) and share a separate toilet.

Bedroom 5 is located on the first floor and has an en-suite bathroom (shower, bath, toilet and double sink). In the bedroom is also a spacious walk-in closet. Through double doors you enter the balcony where you can enjoy the beautiful view over the Provencal hills and the golf course. The layout of the bedrooms makes this villa well suited for a holiday with two families.

There is a covered terrace at the level of the living and kitchen. Under the covered terrace are several comfortable outdoor furniture such as the dining table with matching chairs and there is an electric BBQ available.

At the pool you will find 6 luxurious loungers where you can enjoy the sun for most of the day. The pool is 9x5m and has roman stairs and a pool alarm. You can park your car under a carport (suitable for 2 cars) on the fully fenced and secured private grouds of the villa.

The pool water of this villa is maintained via an electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. The water feels softer compared to a chlorine pool and is brighter in color. Your view is over the beautiful golf course of Sainte Maxime. Very nice is the garden which is accessible via the stairs on the left side of the pool. Here you can walk around the paved path which is surrounded by trees and plants.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach of Plage La Nartelle is a few minutes away by car. Here are several good beach clubs where you can have a very nice lunch during the high season and you can also enjoy a nice dinner in the evening.

The dynamic village of Sainte Maxime with its wide sandy beaches, bustling streets, all kinds of shops and a choice of restaurants is only 5 minutes away by car. There are also many nice trips to do such as: shopping on the week market of Saint Tropez (accessible via a boat ferry service called Bateau Vert from the port of Sainte Maxime), via the coastal route to Nice or a trip to the beautiful midlands.
