This villa is spacious in design. The living is contemporary decorated in a color scheme of black / white and is a beautiful place to retreat from the world. Very distinctive is also the large photo wall with black and white photos. Of course there is WiFi.

The open kitchen is modern and fully equipped with a refrigerator, coffee maker (Jura), kettle, oven, microwave and dishwasher. From the living and kitchen a large glass sliding door gives direct access to the spacious terrace with sea view. The entire villa is air conditioned. 

The villa has 5 luxury bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. Four of the five bedrooms are located on the level of the living. Bedroom 1, the master bedroom is located on the first floor. This is a spacious bright room with a double bed (180x200)and an en-suite bathroom (bath, (rain) shower, sink and toilet). Very nice is the spacious private terrace from where you have a beautiful view of the Gulf of Saint Tropez and the Mediterranean Sea. 

Bedroom 2 is located on the ground floor. There is a double bed (160x200). Also with en-suite bathroom (shower, sink and toilet). From the bedroom sliding doors give direct access to the terrace. Bedroom 3 offers a double bed (160x200) and also an en-suite bathroom (shower). Bedroom 4 has a double bed (160x200) and also has an en-suite bathroom (shower).Bedroom 5 is the nursery, here are 2 bunk beds (4x90x200). Always fun for the children to share this room! It also offers an en-suite bathroom (shower and W.C)

The villa is located on the Domaine La Nartelle near the wide sandy beaches of Plage La Nartelle, Sainte Maxime. The living and kitchen offer easy access to the spacious terrace on the south side. We are impressed by the panoramic seaview that this villa offers of the Gulf of Saint Tropez, from the living, the terrace and the pool. 

Also very beautiful is the covered terrace at the kitchen. There is a modern dining table for 8. From the kitchen you have access to the summer kitchen. Given the beautiful summer weather, most likely you’ll use this the spacious dining table for lunch and, or dinner. Of course there is also a BBQ.

The spacious pool ( 12x5 m) is located amidst the (sun) terrace. Around the pool you will find luxury sun loungers and several umbrellas. To read a book or just relax you will enjoy the lounge set over here. And then the luxurious hammock! Especially from the hammock, the view is impressive. A boules court is available.

Under the large sun sail on the sea side of the pool you find an outdoor bar complete with refrigerators and ice maker. A beautiful lounge set completes the luxurious South of France feeling.

At this villa, the pool water is clear and kept clean through a so-called electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. The entrance gate is electric. There is ample parking space. Handy is that you can also park in the garage so you can bring your groceries directly from the car in the kitchen.

The beautiful, wide sandy beach Plage La Nartelle is just a few minutes away. You will find several good beach bars here, where,in high season, you can also eat in the evening. 

The lively village of Sainte Maxime with its wide sandy beaches, bustling streets, all kinds of shops and a variety of restaurants is only 5 minutes by car. There also are many nice things to do such as: shopping at the weekly market of Saint Tropez (accessible by the Bateau Vert from the port of Sainte Maxime), via the coastal route to Nice or a trip to the beautiful countryside.
