Open to the living area is the modern designer kitchen. Sleek in style and equipped with top-quality appliances, including an American-style fridge, oven, dishwasher, cooktop, Nespresso machine, and a fully integrated Miele coffee machine. The central island with built-in extraction and a stylish breakfast bar forms the heart of the space. Start the day with a perfectly brewed coffee while enjoying the peace and the view.

The spacious dining area, extending from the kitchen, features a large round dining table overlooking the terrace, allowing you to enjoy a relaxed breakfast or an elaborate meal both indoors and outdoors.

All rooms on the ground floor and the upper floor are equipped with air conditioning. The lower floor stays naturally cool thanks to its position, so air conditioning is not needed there.

On the lower floor, there is a separate TV lounge, designed for ultimate comfort and equipped with a smart TV with Dutch channels and Netflix.

The villa offers 6 generous bedrooms and 5 luxurious bathrooms spread across three levels, each with its own character and atmosphere. All bathrooms have recently been renovated and fitted with high-quality bathroom furniture.

Bedroom 1, the master bedroom, located on the lower floor, is a spacious room with a king-size bed (180x200), a dressing area, and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and toilet. French doors open onto a private terrace with exceptional views of the Mediterranean Sea.

Bedroom 2, also on the lower floor, has two single beds (2x90x200, which can be joined on request). The bathroom is en-suite (bath/shower and toilet). This room also opens onto a private terrace with views over the garden and the sea.

Bedroom 3, on the living level, features a double bed (180x200). Bedroom 3 shares a modern bathroom (shower and toilet) with Bedroom 4.

Bedroom 4, on the living level, has a double bed (140x200). Bedroom 4 shares a modern bathroom (shower and toilet) with Bedroom 3.

Bedroom 5, on the upper floor, is a spacious suite with a king-size bed (200x200), an additional single bed (90x200), and an elegant en-suite bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 6 is a poolside studio with a separate entrance, ideal for teenagers or guests who value privacy. It features two single beds (2x90x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).

The garden is spacious and laid out in different levels it offers many seating opportunities. First there is the main terrace with loungeset and dining table. A great place for wining and dining and enjoying the beautiful view.

Would you prefer to lounge a little bit more private? No problem! A beautiful modern lounge area (Dedon garden furniture) has been realized, a wonderful place to stay during the evenings. The mobile sun screens are unique and very easy to use,  so you can create shade where and whenever desired. A planchq is available for outdoor grilling.

The infinity pool is large and measures a 15 x 5 m. You can enjoy the sun all day while gazing on to the Mediterranean. The pool is decorated with luxurious loungers, big fat cushions and an outdoor shower. The pool can be covered with an automatic hard cover. At this villa the pool water is kept clear and clean via a so-called electrolysis pump. This means that the water feels slightly salty. On one of the garden terraces, above the pool, there is a jacuzzi where you can relax and at the same time enjoy the fantastic view stretching all the way to the Mediterranean Sea.

Another garden terrace features a tipi where you can lounge, rest or take an afternoon nap. Also there are 2 luxury loungers to enjoy the sun. Please note that given the existing height differences between the garden and the pool, we consider this property less suitable for young children.

We also like the small vegetable garden with fresh vegetables and herbs. Very nice to add some fresh rosemary  to your rack of lamb. Parking is easy, there is space to park your vehicle on the property.

The villa is situated rather high up in the hills, hence the very impressive view of the Mediterrenean. The location of the villa itself makes you probably not want to leave the villa to frequently. 

If you choose to visit a city, we recommend the walled artists' village of Saint Paul de Vence. A popular village among artists and art lovers. There are many art galleries located in the atmospheric streets of the village. World-famous is the private museum Fondation Maeght.

Please note that the access road to the house is very steep and narrow.
