The living boasts a contemporary interior of comfortable furniture and beautifull art objects. The most striking feature is perhaps the panoramice view towards the Mediterranean Sea.

When entering the villa you will have the XL kitchen on your right and the living on your left. The kitchen is spacious and offers an American fridge, oven, dishwasher, an electric cooking plate, Nespresso coffee machine as well as a fully automatic integrated Miele coffee machine and an integrated ventilation system. We love the breakfast bar at the end of the cooking island. the place to enjoy an early coffee to start your day. There is a separate TV room downstairs, equiped with a Smart Tv and the possibility of Netflix. One of the most beautiful currently in our portfolio.

The villa offers 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms divided over 3 levels. On the ground floor (level TV room) there are 2 bedrooms. Bedroom 1, the master suite consists of a king size bed (180 x 200) a dressing and an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). French doors open to a private terrace with a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea. Bedroom 2 has two single beds (2x90x200) an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and toilet). This bedroom also also offers have access to a private terrace.

Bedroom 3 is on the entrance level being living and kitchen. Bedroom 3 offers a double bed (180x200). Next to the kitchen is bedroom 4 with a double bed (140x200). The separate bathroom (shower and WC) is shared by bedrooms 3 & 4.

Bedroom number 5 is on the topfloor. Beautifully decorated this is kind of a second master bedroom, with a double bed (200x200), a single bed (90x200) and en-suite bathroom (shower and W.C.).

Bedroom 6 is something different but in a very nice way. It is a comfortable studio at the end of the pool. Ideal for teenagers who want to stay up late without disturbing the main house. There are two single beds (2x90x200). This bedroom also has a private bathroom (shower and W.C.).

Please note; The villa offers 6 bedrooms but is only rented to a maximum of 12 people.
