    To ensure that you can reserve your villa with complete confidence and peace of mind, VillaSud is affiliated with recognised travel guarantee schemes and professional associations.

      VillaSud is affiliated with ANVR. This affiliation ensures that bookings are concluded under regulated travel conditions and balanced contractual standards, providing clarity and structured consumer protection.
    • SGR (Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden)
      VillaSud B.V. is affiliated with SGR. Within the scope of the SGR Guarantee Scheme, prepaid travel funds are protected in the event of financial insolvency affecting the contractual performance. VillaSud is registered with SGR under number 3161. Verification is available via the official SGR website.
    • SGRZ (Stichting Garantiefonds Reisgelden Zakelijk)

    At VillaSud, we follow a simple but clear principle: we only rent villas where we ourselves would love to spend a holiday.

    Luxury, atmosphere, comfort, and location are essential to us. Every villa in our portfolio is personally visited by a member of our team. We use a detailed checklist and only include properties that truly meet our standards.

    Even after listing, we continuously monitor quality, partly based on guest feedback. If issues arise, we take action with the owner – and if negative experiences persist, the property is removed from our portfolio. This ensures you face no surprises upon arrival.

    Transparency and Reliability

    Photos on our website are taken by VillaSud or commissioned by us. Only in exceptional cases do we temporarily use photos provided by the owner, until we have conducted a professional photoshoot on location. This way, you know that what you see is exactly what you get.
