The entrance is through a large cozy hall with cloakroom. If you go to the left from the hall you will find the dining room, kitchen and utility room. If you go to the right from the hall, you will find the living and sitting area there. First a smaller living room with a sitting area with a fireplace, a comfortable sofa and a few armchairs. In line with this living room is a 2nd spacious living room with a large sitting area, two large sofas and armchairs. Both living rooms open beautifully to the spacious terrace with dining table and garden furniture.

The kitchen, with a small dining table, is well equipped with refrigerator, 4-burner stove, 2 electric hotplates, dishwasher and microwave. There is a separate utility room with extra freezer, ice machine, laundry room with both washing machine and tumble dryer.

The villa has 6 bedrooms and 5 bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. There are 4 double bedrooms and 2 twin bedrooms .

The master bedroom 1 has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, sink and toilet). Bedroom 2 has a double bed (140x200 cm) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and sink and separate WC)

The third bedroom has a double bed (160x200), an extra single bed, and an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower and sink)

Bedroom 4 has two single beds (90x200) and this room also has an en-suite bathroom (shower and sink). Bedrooms 3 & 4 share a separate WC.

Bedroom 5 has 4 single beds, so ideal for young children up to 10-12 years old.

The 6th bedroom can be considered as a second master bedroom. A double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (bath, shower, sink and toilet). The layout of the bedrooms makes the villa particularly suitable for a holiday with two families.

If desired, you can use the "cabanon", a separate studio with one bedroom and bathroom (shower) and toilet for a nanny or cook, for example.
