The spacious living room, located on the 1st floor, is charmingly furnished and has a seating area around the fireplace. From the living room, patio doors open onto the attached terrace with luxurious lounge set under the bougainvillea. Following on from the sitting area is the dining room (table for 8-10 people) and the semi-open kitchen. The kitchen is fully equipped; dishwasher, professional 5-burner Lacanche gas hob/oven, Nespresso machine, milk frother and microwave. Wifi has good coverage throughout the house. There is a television in both the living room and the playroom with streaming capabilities, Netflix, apple tv etc.

The villa has 4 bedrooms and 4 bathrooms. On the first floor there are 2 bedrooms, each with its own bathroom and toilet. On the ground floor there are 2 bedrooms with 2 bathrooms. In addition, there is a very spacious play/work room on the ground floor with sitting area including (sofa bed) where you can play, study, work or watch TV.  All bedrooms have a king-size bed, which can be separated into two single beds if desired. The downstairs bedrooms each have a private covered terrace leading to the large terrace and pool.

Bedroom 1 is located on South on the living room level with stunning views.  This spacious bedroom has air conditioning and an electrically adjustable king-size bed (180x200). The bedroom has an en-suite spacious bathroom with sink, toilet, bath and shower.

Bedroom 2 is located on North on the level of the living room. This bedroom is equipped with a 180x200 king-size bed. This bedroom has an en-suite shower and sink and a toilet attached to the room.

Bedroom 3 and 4 are on the ground floor, garden and pool level. Bedroom 3 and bedroom 4 each have air conditioning and a king-size bed of 180x200. Both rooms have French doors opening onto the spacious natural stone terrace. Each bedroom has its own bathroom with shower and sink. There is a shared toilet on the ground floor.

Room 5 is a spacious play/work room, equipped with a football game, sitting area (sofa and chairs), TV, a work table with 2 computer screens and a docking station to connect a laptop to the screens.

There are 2 cots and 1 highchair available.
