Les Girards

The garden is entirely flat, which makes it particulary attractive for children. The garden/property is also spacious, covering a generous 6500 square meters.

From the living room and the kitchen, there is direct access to the partially covered terrace that spans the entire length of the villa. There are various seating areas with comfortable outdoor furniture, some in the shade and some in the sun. Shade is provided by tall trees and sun awnings.

The primary terrace is covered, featuring a small lounge set and an outdoor dining table that seats 8 people. The lovely large BBQ can easily accommodate this number of guests. We particularly like the set of rattan lamps above the table.

The private swimming pool measures 10 x 5 meters and is located 5 meters away from the villa. Next to the pool, there is a sun terrace with comfortable sun loungers and umbrellas, as well as 2 armchairs. The photoshoot was taken in winter, and the pool was already in winter mode. We know that the pool has been fully renovated and is in top-notch condition.

A fun and enjoyable feature is the petanque court. There is ample space for parking cars on the property. It's also very nice that this is the last villa at the end of a dead-end road on the edge of the forest. As a result, you will hear almost no traffic or car noise here. All of this is just a 9-minute drive from the heart of downtown Lorgues.
