The villa is generous with its 350 m2 of living space. The living room consists of 2 sitting areas and a dining room. There is a comfortable sitting area by the fireplace and a sitting area in the dining room (dining table with 8 chairs) French doors give access to several terraces including the covered terrace adjacent to the living room. A staircase in the living room leads to a mezzanine with a television corner. NL channels are available and the TV is Netflix-ready, there is also a DVD player and a library of films.

Nice is the bar with wine coolers, fridge and dishwasher in the lounge. The traditionally fitted kitchen is a real home kitchen. Besides a table for 6, the kitchen provides all the necessary equipment including a large cooker, fridge and freezer, dishwasher, microwave and quooker. We are impressed by the collection of pans hanging over the cooker. 

An extensive book library with workstation equipped with WIFI is at your disposal. WIFI is available both in and around the house. There is plenty of information on the area around the house for planning day trips. The nicest markets and best restaurants in the area are already listed for you by the owner.

There are 5 equally sized bedrooms, attractively furnished. On the 1st floor are 4 bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms (3 with toilet/shower and 1 with toilet/shower/bath). The 5th bedroom is on the 2nd floor, the en-suite bathroom has toilet/shower/bath. There is air conditioning in this room. All bedrooms have a double bed (2x80x200).

The 6th bathroom is located by the pool. It also houses the washing machine and tumble dryer.
