La Malouesse

The villa as well as the guesthouse are  newly refurbished and decorated in white, soothing taupes and understated greys with splashes of colour. Floors are natural stone and turquoise shutters frame the windows. The entrance to the main house opens into the  spacious light and airy living room with large wood burner,  comfortable seating and french doors with access to the terrace with outdoor table and chairs and magnificent views. Satellite TV and internet (WiFi) is available. There is also a large dining table. The kitchen is very complete and decorated in a Provencal style. There is an electric oven, gas hob, fridge, freezer, dishwasher, Nespresso and microwave.

There are 4 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms. Three bedrooms are in the main house and 1 is in the guest house. Bedrooms number 1 and 2 are in the main house on the ground floor with magnificent views. One bedroom offers a double bed (165x210) The other offers 2 single beds (90 x 200). The two bedrooms share a bathroom with shower, bath and toilet. In the sousterrain, one floor down, accessible via a staircase, is the 3rd bedroom. This bedroom consists of two parts. In the first part of the bedroom is a single bed (90x200) with a trundle. In the second part of the bedroom there is a double bed (200x220). Because you need to go through the first part of the bedroom to get into the second part of the bedroom this floor is ideal for, for example, a family with (young) children. On this level is also a bathroom with shower and toilet.

Bedroom 4 is located in the seperate guest house close to the villa. The guest house is available on request at an additional charge (see pricelist). Bedroom 4 has a double bed (165x200). The guest house further includes a charming living room, a bathroom with bath/shower and a separate toilet. Furthermore, a kitchen with all necessary equipment.
