Le Basaillou

The villa is situated on spacious grounds of 5,000m2, on top of a hill near the charming village of Seillans.

On the spacious terrace under the pergola, adjacent to the living room, is a dining table suitable for 8 people. The ideal place to have lunch or dinner while enjoying the panoramic view of the Esterel Mountains and the valley of Fayence. A gas BBQ is available.

There is also a second covered terrace, from the sitting room you have direct access to this terrace. A luxurious lounge set is set up here. A nice place to relax, or to enjoy the view together with the company while enjoying a good glass of rosé.

A stone staircase leads to the lower swimming pool (8 x 4.5 m). There are several sunbeds and a parasol around the pool. An outdoor shower is available to rinse off before taking a dip in the pool. Would you like to eat in the shade? This is possible! On the terrace, under a pergola, by the pool is a dining table with chairs.

On the other side of the villa you will find the patio, a nice place to sit and enjoy in peace. The shade is partly created by the spacious parasol which is present. Here too you will find a dining table with chairs.
