The villa is generous with its 400 m2 of living space. There is glass, lots of glass from where wide views of the garden with swimming pool towards the Gulf of Saint Tropez. The living room has a beautiful spacious seating area and a dining area. Large glass garden doors give direct access to the terrace. There is a fully equipped luxury kitchen with all modern conveniences. The kitchen includes a large oven, fridge with freezer, separate freezer, Nespresso machine. WiFi is available. Both the living room and the kitchen are air-conditioned.

The villa offers 7 spacious bedrooms and 8 luxurious modern bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned.

There are 3 bedrooms located on the living room level. One of the first level and one on the sousterrain level. 

The primary bedroom #1 is found on the 1st floor, which has generous dimensions, a walk-in dressing room, a beautiful bathtub in the bathroom and a lovely private terrace with lounge set and sea views. The bed is double and measures 180x200.

All bedrooms have a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower, washbasin and toilet).

Bedroom 6 and 7 together form a family unit (appartment) with 2 bedrooms and 2 luxurious modern bathrooms in duplex. One upstairs and one downstairs with a sitting area as a connecting element. Very convenient for parents with younger children. Accessible both from the villa and directly from outside with its own entrance.  

All bedrooms are luxuriously furnished and finished and are almost identical. Besides air conditioning, each room is equipped with a spacious hanging and lying closet that also contains a hotel safe. 

The villa offers a beautiful gym area with large French doors for light and air. The gym offers brand new Technogym equipment. The 8th bathroom is located here.
