This exclusive villa offers a generous living space of 400 m². Large glass façades provide wide views over the garden with swimming pool and towards the Gulf of Saint-Tropez.

The living area features a spacious, luxurious lounge and a dining area. Large sliding glass doors give direct access to the terrace. Adjoining the living area is the fully equipped kitchen with, among other things, a large oven, refrigerator with freezer compartment, separate freezer, and a Nespresso machine. Both the living area and the kitchen are air-conditioned. WiFi is available throughout the villa.

The villa offers seven bedrooms and eight bathrooms. All bedrooms are air-conditioned and equipped with a spacious wardrobe with hotel safe and an luxury en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Bedroom 1, (ground floor), furnished with a double bed (180x200) and a luxurious en-suite bathroom with shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Bedroom 2, (ground floor), features a double bed (180x200). The adjoining en-suite bathroom is finished to a high standard and includes a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Bedroom 3, (ground floor), equipped with a double bed (180x200). The en-suite bathroom offers a shower, washbasin, and toilet.

Bedroom 4, (first floor, master bedroom), A spacious bedroom with double bed (180x200), walk-in closet, and en-suite bathroom with bathtub and shower. This room also has access to a private terrace with lounge set and sea view.

Bedroom 5, (lower ground floor, next to the TV room is a slightly simpler bedroom with double bed (180x200) and en-suite bathroom. More suitable for staff.

Bedrooms 6 and 7, (ground floor), a duplex family apartment with two bedrooms and two bathrooms (one upstairs and one downstairs), connected by a comfortable sitting area. The apartment is accessible both from inside the villa and through a private entrance from outside, making it particularly suitable for parents with younger children. 

Private gym. The villa includes a spacious private gym equipped with modern Technogym equipment and its own bathroom. The gym is accessible via a staircase from the living area.

When you book a one week stay in the villa, an interim cleaning is included during your stay. For stays of two or more weeks, the linens will also be replaced during your stay.

From both the living room and the kitchen, large sliding doors provide access to the spacious terrace, partly covered by a thatched pergola.

To the side of the terrace is a large covered dining table. In any case, there is more than enough space to enjoy breakfast or dinner together. Of course, a luxurious lounge set is not lacking, ideal to start the evening with a glass of rosé in your hand while enjoying the beautiful view.

Sufficient shade can be created on the terrace through the pergola. Besides the terrace is partly covered, there are 3 parasols by the pool (not pictured unfortunately).

The pool is spacious, 11 x 5 metres. Entrance is easy by a few steps at the head of the pool. Around the pool, on the sun terrace, comfortable loungers and parasols await you.

Can you see yourself lying here? For those who like games, a jeu de boules court as well as a ping-pong table are available.

An attractive feature of the villa besides all the space and privacy is its location. It is located in Grimaud, between Saint Tropez and Sainte Maxime. This means that these lively places are easily accessible. Proximity to the beach at Port Grimaud is also a plus.

Grimaud is known for its impressive ruins and medieval streets with some good restaurants. Definitely worth a visit! Nearby Sainte Maxime is a nice lively seaside resort with many terraces, shops and restaurants.

Port Grimaud offers several water sports options, such as water-skiing and windsurfing. Saint Tropez is about a 20-minute drive from the villa.
