This stylish Provençal family villa (210 m²) has been fully renovated and now offers a luxurious stay that meets five-star standards with ease. The villa blends timeless elegance with subtle modern accents, creating a warm, contemporary atmosphere – the perfect setting for a refined holiday in the South of France. The entire villa is equipped with air conditioning.

The living and dining area is furnished with high-quality pieces from brands such as Bolia and Pols Potten, including a beautiful lounge set, designer armchairs, and a modern dining table. From the living room, you step directly onto the spacious sun terrace and into the beautifully landscaped garden. Adjacent to the main living space is a dedicated TV room, also newly furnished with stylish and comfortable seating.

The generous kitchen is the heart of the home. It features a large modern dining table for eight, premium appliances including a Jura E8 fully automatic coffee machine, and elegant French doors that open directly onto the garden and pool area.

On the opposite side of the kitchen, you’ll find a charming BBQ terrace covered by a pergola – ideal for long summer evenings and the ultimate indoor-outdoor lifestyle. In the adjacent utility room, there is an additional refrigerator with freezer.

The villa offers four comfortable bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom and air conditioning. The bathrooms have all been fully renovated and are finished with luxurious materials and elegant design, offering both comfort and visual appeal.

Bedroom 1 features a spacious double bed (2x90x200) and a stylish en-suite bathroom with bathtub, walk-in shower, vanity, and toilet.

Bedrooms 2, 3, and 4 are equally well-appointed with luxury double beds (160x200) and elegant en-suite bathrooms with walk-in showers and vanities. Bedroom 2 also enjoys direct access to the garden and pool, with lovely views outdoors.

Of course, you come to the Gulf of Saint Tropez to enjoy the beach and the sea and to be close to Saint Tropez. A nice bonus is that you have a direct view of Saint Tropez across the Gulf from the garden. XXXDuring our visit, we enjoyed a pleasant and relaxed atmosphere in the garden. The garden is flat and spacious, and the old pine trees are impressive and provide good shade. There are plenty of sunbeds and various tables with chairs scattered around the garden.

The pool is spacious at 13.5 x 6.5 m. There are 8 sunbeds and 7 umbrellas. The pool is kept clean through salt electrolysis. You have a view of the sea towards Saint Tropez. In the summer, luxury boats float side by side, which is very nice in the evening with the lights. 

Around the villa you will find various seating areas both in the shade and sun. In the garden, directly adjacent to the living room, there is a large dining table, as well as one under the pergola on the terrace next to the kitchen, where the BBQ is also located.

There is plenty of space for children to play; the entire garden is flat with a large lawn. Of course, there’s the swimming pool, and the new concrete ping-pong table is located in a shaded area of the garden. Adjacent to the ping-pong table is the pétanque court, measuring 3.5 by 12 meters.

As for the beach, there is a private beach 600 meters away on foot and a public beach 400 meters away. On the beach is the nice beach club Pingouin Bleu, which is a great spot for summer lunches.

Grimaud is known for its impressive ruins and medieval streets with some good restaurants. The nearby Sainte Maxime is a lively seaside resort with many terraces, shops, and restaurants.

In Port Grimaud, there are various watersports opportunities, such as water skiing and windsurfing.

Saint Tropez is about a 20-minute drive from the villa. Especially nice is the access to the private beach that belongs to the Domaine. It is within walking distance (5-10 minutes) and offers a restaurant and bar.

Fun trivia: Salvador Dali was a good family friend of the previous owner and spent many summer periods here. There is also a photo of the great painter somewhere in the house.

There is also the possibility to rent a boat (RIB up to 9 meters) for the dock at the private beach. You can also be picked up by a private boat for a delicious lunch at the beaches of Ramatuelle.
