This is a spacious villa with a living area of 160 m2. On the ground floor you will find the attractive living room, the modern kitchen and the luxurious master bedroom with en-suite bathroom and private conservatory.

The living room with luxury seating offers access to the terrace, swimming pool and well-maintained garden. There is an LCD TV with satellite. The living room is tastefully decorated in a light and modern style. The contemporary and luxurious kitchen is equipped with all appliances including a dishwasher, oven and microwave.

The villa has 3 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. All 3 bedrooms are air-conditioned. Bedroom 1 is a spacious master bedroom on the ground floor. The double bed measures 180 x 200. Opposite the bed on the wall hangs a large LCD TV screen. The en-suite bathroom has two sinks and a walk-in shower. Very pretty is the sitting area in the private conservatory (from where there is also direct access to the garden). An attractive place for a small breakfast in the morning sun.

The villa is situated on a generous plot and offers a beautiful view of the Provencal hills. What we really like is the fact that at any time of day you can choose a spot in the sun or in the shade.

There are 3 larger terraces, one of which is at the entrance of the house. Here is a round dining table under a plane tree. This terrace also provides access to the pool. Terrace 2 is the covered terrace in the extension of the living room by the pool. Here is a comfortable lounge set. A nice place to relax and read a book.

A third terrace is the covered terrace adjacent to the kitchen. Here is a dining table with 6 chairs. A nice place to enjoy a French breakfast with a freshly made cup of coffee in the morning sun!

The private swimming pool measures 11,5 x 4,5 m and lies almost directly next to the villa. The pool is surrounded by a sun terrace with luxury loungers and a parasol. The pool has a depth of 1.20 m to 2.0 m.

The villa has a beautiful landscaped garden. On the property there is ample parking space for several cars. Very convenient - for less able-bodied family members or for your shopping - is that you can drive your car right up to the entrance if you wish.

The photos were taken at the end of October and therefore do not show the villa at its best. In spring 2022, we will visit the villa again for a beautiful sunny photo shoot.

Attractive location thanks to the combination of the quiet Provencal hinterland on the one hand (close to the colourful village of Le Plan de la Tour, the villa is about 1 kilometre away, 5 minutes by car, 20 minutes by foot) and the proximity of the busy, lively Sainte Maxime with its many terraces and restaurants on the other hand.

Le Plan de la Tour is an authentic French village with about 8 restaurants and many atmospheric terraces and refined gastronomic products on the Thursday market. There are several 'Caves' for Provençal wines. From April to October there are also many brocantes, art markets and 'vide greniers' to visit in the surrounding Provencal villages. A walk through the Massif des Maures is definitely recommended.

In the immediate vicinity, almost all activities can be done. Think of golf, sailing, horse riding, polo, karting, water scooter, sea kayaking and you name it. In Saint-Tropez, there is a lot to do in the summer, but also in the spring and autumn it is worthwhile.
