The living room is bright, spacious and furnished with designer seating and stylish artworks on the walls. The fully equipped kitchen is adjacent of the living room and offers direct access to the pergola-covered front terrace.

From the living room, French windows open onto the natural stone terrace leading to the terrace, garden and swimming pool. 

There are 4 charming air-conditioned bedrooms and 4 comfortable en-suite bathrooms. There is 1 bedroom on the ground floor being level living and there are 3 bedrooms one floor below, garden level. All 4 bedrooms offer the same good quality.

Bedroom 1 is a generous bedroom located next to the living room with a double bed (2x90x200) and an en-suite bathroom (rain shower and bathtub). French doors provide access to the terrace and pool. 

One floor down, the other 3 bedrooms are charming bedrooms. Beautiful white stuccoed walls and luxurious and colourful linen. Bedroom 2 and 3 have twin beds (90x2x200) and both bedrooms also offer an en-suite bathroom. (shower and washbasin)

Bedroom 4 offers a double bed 180x200 also with en-suite bathroom (shower and separate W.C.). This bedroom is located in an independent studio, which can be accessed through the garden.

It is also about peace and quiet. There is no vis a vis. The garden is well maintained with beautiful borders and Mediterranean trees and plants. From the living room you have access through the French doors to the partly covered terrace with a lovely wooden dining table and a Weber BBQ.

A few steps down and you get to the swimming pool (11 x 5 m). Azure water, large Pins Parasol and comfy sunbeds complete the luxurious southern France feeling. 

The grounds are accessed via an electrically operated gate. There is ample parking on site.

We like very much the location of the villa; close to famous Les Plages of Pampelonne. Enjoying a festive lunch at one of the famous beachclubs is only a short drive away. 

Saint Tropez needs little introduction; good restaurants, a swinging nightlife and the famous port are just some of the features of this fashionable village. Also fun (on Tuesday and Saturday mornings) is the market on the Place des Lices square. The villa is within walking distance of La Cave Coöperative des Celliers de Ramatuelle. A comforting thought should you run out of rosé.
