The villa boastst a spacious living area of 600 m2. Although indeed spacious all living areas are very stylish and generate an intimate homely atmosphere. The villa has been recently restored and renovated with much love and care. All furniture both inside and outside is new. The villa is also fully airconditioned.
The villa consisits of 3 levels. On the ground floor you will find a spacious living area, a large kitchen, a 'wine' room and 1 double bedroom. On the first floor there are 5 bedrooms. On the second floor you will find the entertainment room with a large LCD screen and bedroom number 7.
There are 7 bedrooms and 7 bathrooms in the villa. All airconditioned bedrooms are luxurious and specious, have luxurious bed linen and spacious wardrobes. The master bedroom is even more spacious and has access to a large balcony.
At the ground floor you find 2 bedrooms each 15m2. Bedroom 1 has a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Bedroom 2 has 2 single beds (2x90x200) and also an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).
The first floor has 4 bedrooms. Bedroom 3 is the master suite, 45m2 with a double bed (200x200) a large (15m2) en-suite bathroom (separate shower, bath and toilet). We very much like the large balcony at the frontside of the villa.
Bedroom 4 and 5 are 15m2. Bedroom 4 has a double bed (180x200) and an en-suite bathroom (2 showers and a toilet). Bedroom 5 has 2 single beds (2x90x200) and also an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). Bedroom 6 is a children's bedroom with a nice bunkbed (2x90x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet).
Bedroom 7 is situated on the second floor. It is a smaller bedroom 7 (10m2) with a double bed (160x200) and an en-suite bathroom (shower and toilet). There is also table tennis on the top floor.

The villa is located at a large private site, just outside the village Montauroux. As soon you enter the grounds via the electric gate you will get aware of the luxurious atmosphere. The villa is located at a large private site, just outside the village Montauroux. As soon you enter the grounds via the electric gate you will get aware of the luxurious atmosphere. The driveway is lined by olive trees. There is a car port with roof and ample parkingspace, also in the garage which is almost next to the kitchen. This is convenient, having done your groceries you can easily get them from your car into the kitchen!
The kitchen is impressive. This shows, not only by the counters and the modern high tech kitchen equipment but also by the fact how the kitchen inside connects with the outdoor kitchen! Large sliding doors completely disapear in the wall. Also the outdoor kitchen is great with a large gas BBQ.
Situated on beautiful spacious grounds 40.000m2, your privacy is guaranteed. The pool is very beautiful, and a 12m long! At the short side of the pool you find a nice pool house with comfortable lounge sofas.
The children will definitely like the large garden-, play house underneath a nice tree and adults will enjoy the tranquility, privacy and the panoramic views over the Provencal hills.

The village of Montauroux lies in the valley towards hillside village Fayence. Within a short drive you will find yourself on Lac de St. Cassien. Many villages in the Provence are well worth a visit. We really like the 'artists' town of Bargemon and the Provencal Market Town Fayence.
Most of the nearby villages host Provencal markets often on different days. There are also lots of festivities during the summer. At a 15 mintes drive from the villa you will find the beautiful golf course Terre Blanche (2x18 holes).
