From the entrance you enter the attractively furnished ground floor consisting of the living room and the open kitchen. There is a large seating area and French doors from the living room provide access to the covered terrace. The entire villa is air-conditioned.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms; on the ground floor 2 bedrooms and 2 bathrooms and on the 1st floor there are 3 bedrooms that share 1 bathroom.

All bedrooms have a double bed of 180x200. All bedrooms are air-conditioned. All 3 bathrooms have a sink, shower and W.C. 

From the living room doors open out to the spacious partially covered terrace. Below is a dining table with 8 seats and some outdoor furniture.

As an extension of this terrace is the spacious garden of 2700 m2. Almost completely flat and therefore a great garden for the children to play in.

The swimming pool is located directly in front of the villa and measures 8 x 4 m. There are sun loungers and parasols available. From the terrace, pool and garden there is a beautiful and wide view of the Provencal hills.

The villa is located near the two beautifull Provencal villages of Seillans and Fayence. Both are about 5 minutes by car from the villa. The cozy and large Provencal market in Fayence is very popular.

The Lac de Saint Cassien lake is about 20 minutes by car from the villa. A great alternative to the beach by the sea.

The village of Seillans, which you can walk to in 5 minutes, has a very nice village square, Place du Thouron, with a few restaurants including the outstanding La Gloire de Mon Père.
