You enter the bastide through the central hallway, which immediately reflects the warm and characterful atmosphere of the house. This spacious hall forms the heart of the home and also serves as a cosy library and TV room. On the ground floor, the living room and kitchen-diner are located on the left-hand side, while on the right-hand side you will find the staircase leading to the bedrooms on the ground floor, first floor and second floor.

With a living area of no less than 375 m², this property is exceptionally spacious. Even so, the bastide never feels large or impersonal; on the contrary, it has a warm, charming and welcoming atmosphere throughout. The bastide consists of a main house and an adjoining bergerie. Depending on the size of your party, you may choose to rent only the main house or to include the bergerie as well.

The main house features an inviting living room, decorated with a keen eye for colour and style. Comfortable seating, high ceilings and large windows create a pleasant living space filled with natural light. From the living room, you look out over the green Provençal hills. Peace, space and privacy are the essence of a relaxing stay here. The authentic atmosphere of Provence is present everywhere — it could hardly feel more French.

The spacious kitchen-diner perfectly matches the home’s blend of rustic charm and modern comfort, and is fully equipped with everything you may need, including a dishwasher, oven, microwave and American-style fridge. The extra-large dining table seats 10 people and invites you to enjoy long, convivial meals together. French doors open directly onto the covered terrace, where the outdoor dining table is located, allowing you to enjoy outdoor living at any time of day.

The Bastide offers 8 bedrooms and 6 bathrooms, 4 of which are en-suite. The beds are kingsize (2x90x200). The bedrooms are divided over the main house (all with airco) and the adjacent Bergerie (3). The bedrooms are spacious and the bathrooms stylish and playfully modern. All bathrooms have a shower, one has a bath and five offer a W.C.

The main house accommodates 10 guests. The bergerie accommodates 6 guests. Bedrooms 6, 7 and 8, located in the bergerie, can be booked optionally.

Studio option (bergerie):
If you are travelling with more than 10 guests, the studio is mandatory and will be added at an additional charge. If you are travelling with fewer than 10 guests but would still like to book the studio, this is also possible for a supplement. Please contact our service desk for prices and availability.

From the kitchen-diner, you have direct access to a covered terrace. Here you will find a spacious dining table with chairs beneath a characteristic tiled roof, allowing you to enjoy breakfast, lunch and dinner in the shade at any time of day. A gas barbecue is also available here.

The swimming pool is located one level below and can be reached via the stairs from the covered terrace. The pool measures 10.5 x 4.5 metres and has a gently sloping depth of up to 1.90 metres. Around the pool, you will find several sun loungers and parasols, so you can fully enjoy the French sunshine.

Several terraces with different seating areas surround the villa, offering plenty of opportunities to enjoy the beautiful surroundings, the greenery and each other’s company. The location of the property guarantees complete peace and privacy. The tall trees around the house not only add to the atmosphere, but also provide plenty of pleasant shade. The renovated gate and fencing around the grounds further enhance both peace and security.

The photo report was taken in the late afternoon, which is why many of the images are bathed in a warm, golden light. The pool and terrace, however, enjoy excellent sun exposure throughout the day.
