Les Baumouns

The villa is built against a hill and therefore consists of several levels. The total living area is generous with its 250 m2.

Upon entering the property you will find a wing on the left with 2 bedrooms. On your right there is a short staircase to the level with the living room and kitchen. Both spacious and offering 50 m2 living space. From the kitchen and living room there is access to the terrace from where you have a beautiful view towards the Mediterranean. 

The living room has a comfortable seating area and a spacious dining table with 5-7 seats. The centrally operated roller shutters are very handy; with one single push of a button they all open or close.

The villa has 5 bedrooms and 3 bathrooms divided over the 3 levels. On the entrance level there are 2 bedrooms and 1 bathroom. Bedroom 1 and bedroom 2 have king-size double beds (180x200). Bathroom 1 offers bath, separate shower and W.C.

Bedroom 3 is on the level of the living room and kitchen. The bed is a queen-size double (160x200). The bathroom is en-suite (shower and W.C.) From this bedroom you also have access to a private balcony from where a beautiful view of the Mediterranean Sea.

Another staircase going from the living room to the garden level below where there are bedrooms 4 and 5. Bedroom 4 is the children's room. Nicely furnished and there is a bunk bed (2x90x200) which kids simply love during their holiday (2x90x200). Bedroom 5 is a spacious bedroom with a king-size bed 180x200. Both bedrooms share a bathroom (shower in bath and WC). The laundry room with washing machine and dryer is also located on this floor. One level lower is the sauna with shower and W.C.

The layout of the bedrooms makes this villa very suitable for going on holiday with 2 families.
